Harmony®XL is the most comprehensive and versatile platform for the medical and aesthetic market, with unparalleled functionality and flexibility. Combining cutting edge lasers, unique AFT pulsed lights, and the latest fractional technology, the versatile HarmonyXL is able to power up to 15 interchangeable handpieces.

The different modules within this technology include:
- Advanced Florescence Technology (AFT) – Light-based technology for a wide range of skin treatments including skin rejuvenation, vascular/pigmented lesions, hair removal and acne
- Near Infrared Technology – The near-infrared 780-1000 module is intended for use for deep dermal heating and is indicated for the treatment of lax skin in areas such as face, neck and underarm
- Pulsed-UVB Technology – For restoration of lost pigment and treatment of psoriasis
- Long-Pulse Nd:YAG 1064nm Technology – For the treatment of facial wrinkles, as well as deep vascular lesions and reticular leg veins
- Q-Switched Nd:YAG 1064/532nm Technology – For the treatment of tattoos and dermal pigmented lesions
- Erbium YAG 2940 Technology – The module is indicated for minimally ablative resurfacing procedures including wrinkles and scar revision
- Long-Pulse Nd:YAG 1320nm Technology – The module is indicated for the non-ablative rejuvenation treatment of facial wrinkles, improving the appearance of photo-aged skin
- Pixel Erbium YAG 2940nm Technology (new) – Laser peeling through fractional technology for effective skin resurfacing, improvement of acne scars, pores and superficial wrinkles. All possible with better comfort level and downtime for patients. Available either as a stand alone unit or with the Harmony®XL platform
- Advanced Pulsed Light Technology (new) – Light based system which uses low fluence, high average power and high repetition pulsed light beam for super skin tightening and super hair removal.
